Legal · boundary record

Website terms boundary.

This record states what the public website is, what its evidence statuses mean, and what a call request does not create. It is not a service agreement, and it does not stand in for one.

  • Effective 2026-08-25
  • Legal review Pending formal legal review
  • Service terms Separate written terms required

PUBLIC RECORD · WHAT THE WEBSITE IS 2026-08-25

01 · What this website is

A public evidence record. Not a dashboard.

Read both columns. The left one says what the site publishes. The right one says what it is not, so nobody has to guess.

The record holds

  • Product descriptions, with their implementation boundaries
  • Methods, status labels, and limitations
  • Direction, marked as direction

The record is not

  • A live operations dashboard not a feed
  • A certification or an audit no external review
  • A guarantee of future capability no commitment

02 · Evidence and warranty

Evidence is offered for its stated boundary, and no further.

FIG.1 takes one live register row apart. AX0S warrants nothing beyond these five parts, and nothing after the checked date.

  1. Status Method published What kind of evidence this is.
  2. Scope What was reviewed Public evidence policy; not a certification or audit claim.
  3. Source Method or artifact Where the reader can go and check.
  4. Checked 2026-07-14 The review point. Nothing after it is claimed.
  5. Limitation What it does not prove This states a publication intent; methodology, null-result, and killed-idea artifacts remain sparse or unavailable.
FIG.1 · one register row, taken apart: evidence-publication-policy red = where the warranty stops

AX0S makes no warranty that an item proves more than its published boundaries, or that it stays current after its stated review point.

Row shown: evidence-publication-policy · Method published · checked 2026-07-14

03 · The request

A request asks for consideration. It creates nothing.

There are two ways to ask: book a founder call on the external scheduling page, or write to a founder mailbox. Either one asks for consideration of product access, a connected-state implementation engagement, or a Practice proof-gap review. What you send is used only to consider and answer that request.

Eight things a booking or an email is not

Claim Status Checked

The Access page books a founder call through an external Cal.com booking page: the name, email, and notes a visitor types there go to Cal.com, and AX0S uses them to schedule and run the call. No page on this website posts visitor input to an AX0S endpoint or to ax0s-memory.

The check covers this website release only. What Cal.com does with a booking after the visitor submits it is outside this claim, and booking a call approves no access, begins no engagement, and promises no response time.

Verified 2026-08-25 2026-08-25

The Access page also publishes founder mailbox addresses: mail written to them reaches a monitored founder mailbox directly, with no website form and no form processor in between.

The website adds no processor of its own, but the mail providers on both sides still carry and store the message. AX0S has no formal mailbox retention or deletion policy, and no response timeframe is promised.

04 · Minimal use

Use the site to read records and ask one question.

The boundary is short because the site is small. Two things to do, five not to.

Do

  • Inspect the public records.
  • Book a founder call, or write to a founder mailbox, with a genuine request.

Do not

  • Interfere with the site or the scheduling provider minimal use
  • Attempt unauthorized access minimal use
  • Send secrets, credentials, or production data no secrets
  • Send unlawful material minimal use
  • Send another person's sensitive information without authority no authority

05 · Governing posture

Nine terms this record does not establish.

Browsing the site, booking a call, or writing to a founder creates no agreement. Any future service relationship needs separate written terms.

06 · Changes and contact

Records change when the evidence changes.

Public records may be corrected, superseded, or withdrawn. A published status is a scope boundary, not a delivery commitment.

  • Corrected The row is updated and re-dated
  • Superseded 11 rows kept, not deleted
  • Withdrawn Removed from the public record
