Legal · boundary record

Website privacy boundary.

This record covers the public website and the two ways it offers to reach us: a booking link and a founder mailbox. It states what each one sends, who holds it, and what it never reaches. It is a current operational record, not a reviewed privacy notice.

FIG.1 · ACCESS REQUEST ROUTE Verified 2026-08-25
  1. 01 Access page ax0s.io/access This website. A booking link and two mailbox addresses. Nothing is read from your machine.
  2. 02 Cal.com scheduler · external The booking page. Outside AX0S. What you type there is held by Cal.com under its own terms.
  3. 03 Founder mailbox chris@ax0s.io Write instead of booking and the mail lands here. A person reads it and answers, or does not.

ax0s-memory · the product store

No path. Neither route writes what you type to AX0S.

FIG.1 · where a request goes amber = the live route · red = no path

01 · Fields

Four things you type, and two the visit carries.

A booking asks for what a person needs to hold the call. This website reads nothing more from your browser, because the booking page is not on it.

  1. 01 Name
  2. 02 Email
  3. 03 Notes: what you want to talk about
  4. 04 The time slot you pick

Also part of a booking

  • The time zone shown on the booking page
  • Network and server-log metadata from that visit

Cal.com runs the booking page, so it sets the fields it asks for and may change them. This record states the AX0S side of the boundary, not Cal.com's field list.

Do not type passwords, API keys, production data, or other secrets into a booking or an email.

02 · Route and purpose

One booking page. One mailbox. One purpose.

FIG.1 above draws the whole path. The register rows behind it are below.

Claim Status Checked

The Access page books a founder call through an external Cal.com booking page: the name, email, and notes a visitor types there go to Cal.com, and AX0S uses them to schedule and run the call. No page on this website posts visitor input to an AX0S endpoint or to ax0s-memory.

The check covers this website release only. What Cal.com does with a booking after the visitor submits it is outside this claim, and booking a call approves no access, begins no engagement, and promises no response time.

Verified 2026-08-25 2026-08-25

The Access page also publishes founder mailbox addresses: mail written to them reaches a monitored founder mailbox directly, with no website form and no form processor in between.

The website adds no processor of its own, but the mail providers on both sides still carry and store the message. AX0S has no formal mailbox retention or deletion policy, and no response timeframe is promised.

Verified 2026-08-25 2026-08-25

The purpose is limited to scheduling the call, holding it, and answering what you asked. What you type is used for nothing else.

03 · Retention

Two holders. No period AX0S can state.

The booking sits with Cal.com under Cal.com's rules. The mail sits in a mailbox nobody has written a policy for. AX0S publishes no number it has not captured.

  • What a booking sends to Cal.com name · email · notes · slot
  • Who sets the rules over it there Cal.com
  • Provider retention period captured by AX0S None
  • Provider retention period claimed by AX0S None
FIG.2 · who holds a booking, and who sets the rules over it Method published · 2026-08-25

Quoted from the register

Cal.com is an outside scheduling service, not an AX0S system: what a visitor types into the booking page is held by Cal.com under its own terms and its own retention, which AX0S has not independently captured.

No provider retention period, deletion window, or transfer mechanism is captured here, and AX0S claims none on the provider's behalf. A reader who needs those figures has to read Cal.com's own published terms.

Mailbox retention

AX0S has no formal mailbox-retention or deletion policy. Mail you write stays in the monitored founder mailbox until someone deletes it by hand.

04 · Analytics and local storage

No provider. No events. No writes.

This is the current state of the site in this release, not a promise about a future analytics configuration.

This is the current website state, not a promise about a future analytics provider or configuration.

05 · Copy, correction, deletion

Write to the mailbox. A person reads it.

To ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of the mailbox copy, write to the operating contact. The accountable operator reviews the request.

Where to write

chris@ax0s.io

One mailbox, monitored by the accountable operator. No dedicated privacy channel is published yet. A copy of a booking held by Cal.com has to be asked of Cal.com; AX0S can only act on what it holds itself.

06 · Open legal points

What this record does not yet state.

AX0S operates this website and the disclosed request workflow. The approved public company record stops short of the points below. They stay open rather than inferred here.
