Website privacy boundary.

Effective 2026-07-14. This is the current operational boundary record for the website, pending formal legal review. It is not presented as a reviewed privacy notice.

The Access form collects: name; email; request path; the business decision that needs memory or state; systems involved; where the source of truth lives today; accountable sponsor; an acceptable completion receipt; and required service-request consent.

The form also sends an access key, subject line, sender label, and an anti-spam field. Web3Forms may receive network and server-log metadata when it processes the request. Do not submit passwords, API keys, production data, files, or other secrets.

Submissions are delivered by Web3Forms (the form processor) to a monitored founder mailbox at chris@ax0s.io. The purpose is limited to considering and responding to the selected access or engagement request. The form does not write these fields to ax0s-memory.

Per Web3Forms' public statements (not independently captured), its retention information conflicts: 30-day free-plan submission history, no stored submissions with server-log deletion every two months, and retention of up to three years. Ax0s does not claim a shorter provider period.

Ax0s does not currently have a formal mailbox-retention or deletion policy. The forwarded email remains in the monitored founder mailbox until manually deleted. This retention is currently ungoverned by policy. If that boundary is unacceptable, use the public site without submitting the form.

No analytics provider is configured in this release. Website analytics is inactive; the local analytics stub sends and stores no events. Current site scripts contain no intentional cookie or browser-storage writes.

To ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of the mailbox copy, write to chris@ax0s.io. The accountable operator reviews the request. No response or completion timeframe is promised.

Ax0s operates this website and the disclosed request workflow. The approved public company record does not yet state a legal entity, jurisdiction, formal controller designation, transfer mechanism, or legally reviewed rights procedure. Those points remain pending formal legal review rather than being inferred here.
