The failures that hurt
are the silent ones.

Machines rarely explode. They drift: a backup stops running in March and nobody notices until a disk dies in July. This is the discipline of noticing on time — as a product.

Is everything up?Live checks Every machine and service is checked around the clock — the website, the database, the booking system. Down or slow shows on the console and in an alert, usually before anyone in the building notices.
Did the backups actually run?Verified Not "backups are configured" — backups ran, passed an integrity check, and a copy exists off-site. A backup older than 36 hours is an alert today, not a discovery you make mid-disaster.
What changed?Drift watch Every machine has a written "how it should be." Every hour, reality is compared against it. Safe fixes are applied automatically and receipted; everything else becomes a line in the feed for a human.
Is anything running that shouldn't be?Shadow finds Software someone installed and forgot. A port left open. A service nobody declared. Each is surfaced for a decision — keep it and put it on the record, or remove it. Nothing stays invisible.

Ordinary monitoring answers "is it up right now?" and forgets everything else. This console is built on Ax0s Memory, so every observation is a dated record with a source — which changes what you can ask it.
